People often ask me why I am working with the solfeggio frequencies and how they can benefit us.

There are many positive healing effects and benefits of the many different musical frequencies (tones). Using them will help you clean, manage and rise your personal energy to LOVE all in the comfort of your own home!

The Solfeggio Tones

These healing tones are a sequence of nine frequencies that have been scientifically proven to promote healing and vitality for the conscious and unconscious mind. They have been used in spiritual music for centuries to uplift the congregation and bring people closer to divine energy. The tones, each relating to a specific energy centre (or chakra) within the body, tap into our minds and bodies, sinking deep into the structure of our cells to heal us from the inside out. Literally blasting out any negative energy and replacing it with good.

There are different variations of the Solfeggio scale, but one of the most commonly cited versions includes the following nine frequencies:

You may have heard about 432 Hz The Miracle Tone
The notion of 432 Hz as the "miracle tone" is a popular but controversial idea within the realm of alternative and holistic music therapy. Advocates of 432 Hz believe that it has special properties and benefits, including being in harmony with nature, promoting relaxation, and having a healing effect on the body and mind. Some also claim that it is more resonant with the natural frequencies of the universe.

Notes

When listening to the frequency tones its always best to sit or lie down in a comfortable position, with headphones on and have no disturbances ie: switch off phone, computer and other electronic devices.

You can also just play the tones in the background on a low volume if you wish, either way its your choice, they still work despite whatever volume you decide to play at.

It is not recommended to be played whilst driving or using machinery.
